Description of services:

The application allows members who agree to this agreement to book a service at any car wash shop from the list of car wash shops that offer their services through our application.

As the purpose of this application is to provide a service that facilitates the user to search for a car wash service according to the area closest to him and the washing services provided by choosing a shop based on their preferences. And

The application displays the name and location of the car wash shop, available dates, prices, type of services, and evaluation of the shop’s services .

The responsibility for the quality of the work rests with the shop alone. The application is just a link between the user and the car wash shop.

Agreement approval

To become a member of the application, you must first fill in the registration form, Then agreeing and undertaking to abide by the provisions of the Terms and Conditions Agreement, When filling out and approving a registration form or a service request using the Application; You hereby agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, You may not use the Application and the Application reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice, and that you agree that each visit you make to the Application will be subject to the terms of use in effect at that time; Continuing to use the application now or after the modifications to these terms and conditions confirms that you have read, accept and agree to be bound by these modifications.
These terms and conditions apply to all applications on iPhone, iPad, Android phone connected to the Internet browser.

(Membership):

Any member of the application gets a “username” and a “password” that is determined by the member himself. The “User Name” is personal and restricted to the Member alone. And the same “username” is not given to two different members. Also, the “password” is known to the user only. The user can change the password at any time. It is also the user’s sole responsibility to choose and protect the password. The application is not responsible for any problems that may arise from the use of the password. In order for the user to benefit from the services of the application that requires membership in it, the user must enter the user name and password, and this process is called “login”.

Terms and limits of use:

The age group allowed to use the application (18 years and above)

– When using the application, you guarantee and acknowledge that any personal information provided by you is true, accurate, valid and complete in all respects and you agree not to impersonate any person or other party or use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
-You are not allowed to register multiple memberships for use by the same person. Violation of this provision may result in the termination of your membership.
Members’ passwords must be kept strictly confidential at all times and must not be shared or disclosed to anyone else. You are responsible for all activities and requests that occur or are made through your membership.
– You may not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including without limitation the distribution of any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful material, Obscene or objectionable materials to the application.
It is not permissible to send materials that constitute a violation of the law, religions, creeds, doctrines or morals. give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any laws, regulations, rules or practices of interfering with the use of any other person.
-not disable, Interfering with, or even causing damage to, or violating the security of the Site, or any services, Software or hardware associated with the system, the accounts.

– passwords, Servers or networks linked to the Site or accessed through associated or linked sites or sites.

The credit or prepaid cards that the customer uses to pay through the electronic payment gateway on the Talabat website or applications must be owned by the customer himself.

– In the event that the user commits any prohibited activities, We reserve the right to comment. or prevent or terminate the User’s membership and prevent his access to the Service.

How is the application submitted and how is it executed:

The user can browse the names of the laundry shops listed in the application, choose the shop based on their preferences, and book appointments based on the available dates. The user will be notified of the shop’s approval of his reservation, within five minutes of submitting the reservation.

The reservation from the laundry shop may be refused, The date and fees may also be modified, which will be notified to the user and which will need the consent of the user, who can negotiate.

Cancelling order :

The service request can be canceled in any of the following cases:

• An hour before the scheduled service, and in the event of cancellation after that, a 3% electronic payment fee will be deducted.

Price and payment method

Prices are determined by the car wash shop. Upon booking, you will be notified of the car wash’s approval or refusal.

Payment is via the app or cash payment

Payment is made electronically when booking the service through the application or cash payment at the car wash shop.

We accept cash, Visa or Mastercard payments by debit and credit cards in AED for products and services.

The Cardholder must keep a copy of the transaction records and as per the policies and rules of the Application and the same can also be found in your account after logging in once you have registered as a customer.

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared or rented to any third party

The application will not transfer any debit / credit card details to third parties

The Application takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However , The application cannot guarantee the security of any information disclosed online.”

The app is not responsible for the privacy policies of the sites it links to. If you provide any information to these third parties, Different rules may apply regarding the collection and use of your personal information. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information they collect.”

Money back :

No amounts are calculated or returned after providing the service.

– Refunds will be made to the original payment method by the provider when paid online if:

1- Cancel the order an hour before and get a full refund.

2- Cancellation of the application after the lapse of the time available for cancellation, and it will be refunded after deducting the electronic payment fees.

3- If the service is not provided.

4- In the case of recording an amount more than once for the same transaction.

* The amount will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of depositing the amount.

We will notify you via email or SMS.

intellectual property rights

-Names, images and logos are considered, that identify the Application’s proprietary marks and none of the contents of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as granting a license or right under a trademark or patent.

The trademark and other intellectual property rights in this application (including the design, layout and appearance) and all materials or content provided in this application shall always remain our property and may not be used without our authorization.

legal responsibility

You agree that your use of this website is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law.

The application does not provide any warranty of any kind including, For example, but not limited, implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

– The application is not liable for any errors or damages of any nature resulting from your access and use of the application.

– The application does not bear any responsibility or loss of money, whatever the nature of its cost, resulting from your use or access to the application or the application’s discontinuation.

– In no event shall the Application, its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from any errors, omissions or errors in the Content; Including any personal damage or loss of money of any nature.

The application is not responsible for user input or any defamatory, offensive or illegal behavior issued by you or any other party, and the risk of damage or loss from the aforementioned behavior remains on you alone.

– The policies, terms and conditions are changed or updated from time to time to meet the requirements and standards. So , Customers are encouraged to visit these departments frequently to be updated on changes.
